What is Super C Complex 1,000 mg S/R?
Super C Complex contains 1,000 mg of vitamin C. The product has been supplemented with the bioflavonoids rutin and hesperdin to improve the absorption of vitamin C.
What is vitamin C?
Vitamin C is the most important water-soluble antioxidant and protects our body from free radicals (aggressive substances that can damage tissues and cells). Known causes of this are smoking, stress and an unhealthy diet. Antioxidants render these free radicals harmless and help the body stay healthy.
