Active B-Complex - 90 capsules

Vitaplex Active B-Complex is a product with a balanced combination of all B vitamins in their activated form as coenzymes. The product includes riboflavin-5-phosphate (B2), pyridoxine-5-phosphate (B6) and the active, thus methylated form of folic acid as well as vitamin B12. Vitamin B3 is present as inositol hexanicotinate, which is metabolically active, but does not cause a so-called niacin flush. B-vitamins form a series of water-soluble vitamins, each of which has its own range of action, but as a complex also acts synergistically.

NADH (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide hydride), also called coenzyme-1, completes the complex. NADH serves a variety of physiological functions, of which energy production (ATP) probably is the most important one.

This product supports the formation of energy and the nervous system, the healthy growth of skin and mucous membranes, hair and nails as well as hormonal functions. It promotes vascular health and the formation of red blood cells. Active B-Complex can also be used for fatigue.
