What is Ubiquinol?
CoQH-CF™ Ubiquinol is a product with a high dose of ubiquinol, the reduced form of coenzyme Q10. A substance that occurs naturally in all cells. Our body can convert coenzyme Q10 into ubiquinol. However, by choosing a supplement with ubiquinol, this conversion step can be skipped.
Ubiquinol in our food
In addition to the body's own production of ubiquinol, we also receive small amounts from our food. Meat, fish, nuts and dark green vegetables are relatively good sources.
Ubiquinol Softgels
Allergy Research Group's® CoQH-CF™ Ubiquinol contains crystal-free ubiquinol dissolved in D-limonene oil (from oranges) for optimal absorption. It comes in special softgels that protect against light and oxidation. This product provides 100 mg of ubiquinol per capsule. Each pack provides 60 softgels.
