Description

Herbal Actives Resveratrol by NaturesPlus provides 625 mg of a standardised extract from the root of Polygonum cuspidatum with 20% (125 mg) resveratrol. It also contains a plant-based antioxidant complex with a total ORAC value (Oxygen Radical Antioxidant Capacity) of 7,500, consisting of standardised extracts of green tea, grape seeds, alcohol-free red wine concentrate and turmeric.

Resveratrol is a polyphenol obtained mainly from the skin of grapes and the root of Japanese knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum). Thanks to its antioxidant properties, it is said to have a positive influence on the heart and blood vessels, among other things.
