Vitamin D3 Liquid 1,000 IU - 30 mL liquid

This product provides 1,000 IU vitamin D3 per drop. It contains natural vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), which is obtained through UVB radiation from lanolin (sheep).

The vitamin D is dissolved in a coconut oil extract with a high content in Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs).

By choosing a suspension of a purified MCT and vitamin D3, the efficacy of the dissolved vitamin D3 is increased. This is because the MCTs can pass directly from the intestine to the liver so extra digestion from enzymes is not necessary. Vitaplex vitamin D3 is absorbed into the liver very quickly, and it is in the liver where the active form of vitamin D – 1.25 dihydroxyvitamin D – is first produced.
