Vitamin K2 offers 100 mcg Vitamin K2 as Menaquinone-7 in each capsule. Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin and is essential for the regulation of bloot clotting and for the regeneration of the bones.
Vitamin K2 als MK-7 is know to be significantly better absorbed than vitamin K1, because it is not bound to fibre. It is also better absorbed than MK-4, as it is better fat-soluble.
