Dosering

During antibiotic treatment: take 1 sachet twice daily. After antibiotic treatment: take 1 sachet once daily for about 14 days after finishing the therapy. Or as directed by a health care practitioner. Mix the sachet into 125 mL of water, wait for at least 1 minute for the product to activate, mix again and then drink. Ideally, there should be an interval of at least one hour between taking OMNi-BiOTiC® 10 and the antibiotic.

Waarschuwingen

In case of fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolise their food (fructooligosaccharides, inulin, etc) almost completely, so that at most only individual molecules of these substances reach the intestine. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store food supplements out of the reach of small children. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
